Walking again today with my WLS buddy - 56 minutes, 2.28 miles, 6200 steps give or take...thought we were going to get stuck waiting for a train, so we actually JOGGED for about 30 seconds *OMG* so not ready for that yet lol - and today was the first time SHE walked over the viaduct by our homes - really proud of her (and that's with a blister on her foot from new sneakers) I'm currently at my lowest weight in over 30 years - this tool I have (the wls surgery) is seriously the best thing I've ever done for myself - picture attached is L-Dec 2015 M-Nov 2016 R-Feb 2017 Still have 15-20 lbs to go, but feeling really good :)

Congrats on your surgery!, may I ask which one you had? I had a VSG on April 18, 2016 and have lost 56 lbs so far
