So I didn't have time this morning to write an entry with my weigh-in.. anyways. The increase in weight last night was a little surprising and is making me wonder if I'm going to see a difference in my normal Tuesday weigh-in (I track my progress based on the weekly weight).

Something that I HAVE noticed though, which has been a somewhat recent thing is constipation. I'm fairly new to the concept and it only seems to happen when I drop below 180. Let me know if you've ever experienced that too SPECIFICALLY DUE TO WEIGHT LOSS. My foods have not changed drastically.

The other crazy thing is that I ONLY experience it on the weekends?? Week days are fine, weekends suck.

Anyways, a little TYI today.

First day of CrossFit in 1 hr! hell yeah.

I've been experiencing that problem on the weekends as well. For me it might stem from less liquid, though. here's hopin' you find the answer soon!

Increase your water intake--a lot. I had some real bad issues w/ that early in the diet and looked up some stuff on it. Water was the key, haven't had an issue since.

Thanks for the help Bill. I was actually fairly active this weekend, but I don't nearly drink as much water/iced tea as I do at work.

betainsane and Rogers thanks for the help! Fluids could very well be the difference. I don't nearly drink as much on the weekends as I do during the week.

If you are increasing your fibre content in your meals that also could be a cause
