Another week down. Let's do this.

Today is the first day of week three of my diet and exercise plan. I am tired. I had a long weekend and admittedly did not eat as much as I should have, leaving me shakey this morning. I was so exhausted this morning that I couldn't get myself up and to the gym, which I am not proud of. Instead of getting discouraged, I'm going to go tomorrow and do double the work to pay for it. Today I'm going to get my eating and water intake back on track so I can get my body back into some kind of order.

Small setbacks don't mean we give up.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 January 2017:
