I am fine with slowly dropping. I am just happy to be going in the right direction at last.

I had been thinking about lasagne for weeks and finally made a pan of it last night. Perhaps that's why the loss wasn't more, but I really enjoyed it. Oh, and the pizza we had on one extremely busy evening thus week...

I have been doing well with weight training and cardio. I have been drinking a lot of water and tea (and much fewer beers and glasses of wine).

All in all, a good start.

165.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

i love that you put 'fewer beers" bc I was just thinking about that ! Im down to Saturday only (used to be maybe 2x a week) and doing Mich Ultra.. meh. beer flavored water..Im all for slow as well, as long as it moves in the right direction.
