So I've decided that I'm only going to weigh once a week because depending on the day and the weather, and my inflammation my weight can fluctuate by a pound in either direction due to water retention.

I only post Friday's weight here but I now weigh myself every day. I input the numbers to TrendWeight.com, which gives me a trend as to how my weight is going. Like they do with Stocks and Shares. Takes out the "noise".
