Not my best week and 1st time in 24 weeks I gained! 2 lbs in water weight but at least my fat went down but still...i am a bit disappointed but I will not let this break me! I will push harder and it's beast mode now! I will get rid of this last 20 lbs if it's the last thing I do! :) NEVER give up!
