This is the best I can do today....today is my one year Jan. 12th here on keto life style diet and I love it.....50 lb weight loss total and I have been in maintenance for the last 4 months...but will go 10 more lbs soon again. I seem to lost how to do these picture and no time today to correct them ....Thanks for bearing with me.
