bad news
I haven't been watching what I ate earlier so I think I gained a few pounds here and there :(
super sad
so here's what happened .
I was sick for a few days ( still recovering ) just flu , nothing major
but I felt really weak and I started to eat a lot sleep a lot to try to recover faster...
that result in me getting fat really really quick !
I would suggest people who live in norCal or soCal or just Cal in general to wear really warm cloth when you go out these days , i don't know if its just raining season or what was going on , but it has been raining like almost every single day here ( where I live ). Always always bring an umbrella or wear a rain suit !

Today I looked at myself in the mirror and I don't recognize who I am , my face is 2X bigger than before ...lol
because I been eating dinner ....like ...
for 5 days , and it's not just dinner..it's korean bbq ...

I'm currently studying to become a web developer but I don't know what my future is gonna be ~ but I'll focus on studying and as for diet ...I need to go buy a scale! seriously ..I moved from one city to another to study and I do not have a scale anymore ....this is bad because I just let myself go , let myself eat anything I want ( I had fat pork , cup noodles, cake, bread with wipe cream ......fml)

GET A SCALE

throw away the left over korean bbq stuff from my fridge
step 3
no dinner , no dinner , no dinner , no dinner
step 4
weight myself everyday !every single day

First of all, no dissing yourself here!✋🏼 Second, i just bought a new scale from Amazon. Only $20 and it's great! Big lighted display, auto calibrates. Third, every little step counts! Glad you are here😃

Get rid of the scale and buy a tape measure! measure every part of you and use that as a guide line. Forget the scale and hang in there. Dont forget to have a "refeed" day on day 7 after following 6 strict days. It will boost your metabolism

And you must have dinner, dont starve yourself. that will only make your body think that there is a shortage of food and you will "store" more and more fat.
