it is amazing how losing weight is easy by applying the knowladge the tools, the information is all about eating whatever but keeping below the daily caloric intake limit, just stick to the BMR calculation, to get taht daily limit, split the macros smartly and avoid the trash food, avoid anything with sugar and anything with white flour also anything with whole wheat flour, The calories must come from meats, grains, fruits, vegetables but nothing with sugar and flours, and keep the cardio oif you area able todo weight lifting that 1 hour that will burn a lot of calories, if not try to to do 2 cardio sessions 1 hour am 1hour pm, always take enough vitamines while losing weight
