My lower back is acting up again. Fortunately it hasn't affected me at work just when I'm laying down. Not sure how it will impact my workout tonight.
287.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 87.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week

My back pain at night was waking me and horrible. Can you try planks or any core training? THAT did wonders for me. Good luck!

I've been dealing with that back pain for years now. It got so bad after two surgeries I started seeing a pain manager. Dropping weight, I have definitely noticed a difference in the level of pain but the pain manager also put me on Tramadol ER that helps me immensely throughout the day. I sometimes wonder how people used to get through it years ago before there were these advanced medications. I suspect since many drugs that are illegal today and weren't then, were probably used quite extensively and alcohol must have been used more often to help cope with pain than we realize. Congratulations in the nice 2 pound drop.

Same here, I have a soft bed here on vacation. Nice loss and great beard!

Try some leg lifts, and ice!

I do knee knocker exercises or juggle a couple of tennis balls.
