34 days until my 34th birthday.

I weighed myself this morning (but didn't log it), I've got 11 lbs to lose to meet my goal of 163 for my birthday.

The power was out last night when I got home from work. Hubby wanted to go out for Chinese food. I indulged. Was feeling pooey this morning (no wonder with all the carbs last night); so I stopped and got a breakfast sandwich and soda. This is the cycle; eat crap, feel like crap... eat more crap, feel like crap... this is why it is so hard. Re-doubling my efforts, 11 lbs in 34 days isn't so bad. I need to start walking again and I need to get more water. MOAR WATER!!! I have not been prepping in the evenings. This is KEY for me. I've got to prep. I'm making a grocery list and I will be stopping after work to get some lunchy bits, snacks and easy dinners.

Good note: I've got most of my Christmas shopping done (yea cyber Monday); and the few gifts I still have to get... I know what I'm getting.

You've had a spectacular weight loss so far, so you've got this thing nailed. Like you, I've got to have everything prepped and in the fridge or on the counter. It helps to keep me in line - except when the crazy craves hit - and then anything in the cupboards is fair game.

Great minds think alike, nice and early with the Christmas shopping and birthday goals :) I just have to pick up a few giftcards to fill-in. It's been nice watching everthing come right to my door. Have a great Christmas season!
