I became lazy, staying on the low carb low sugar diet however my realized by portion size was probably why I gained 3 pounds in October. Now I have a FitBit Blaze to track my steps and count calories as well. In 4 days I have lost 1.5lbs.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Awesome job! Today was my first weigh-in and I hope to see a loss like yours next Tuesday. Those portion sizes can grow when we are not vigilant.
