I am in phase 3-I can add in healthy fats and dairy. I introduced a small amount of milk, 4 oz to be exact and 1/2 cup of organic plain yogurt. Wow, I have had stomach and intestine issues all day, did someone plan a fireworks show in my belly!? This is making me quite sad because I really love the taste of dairy, but my body is protesting! Bummed in Dallas 😭

Sounds like maybe lactose intolerant? Lactaid (sp) helps me. But even with it I still can't have milk.
