Good morning buddies, and TGIF!

It's a chilly 43 degrees, and I'm wearing my cozy clothes, finally :)

I took the dogs to doggy day care today, so my exercise was really quick..jumping jacks, squat jumps, and plank. I have to leave the house about 15 minutes early to take them, and I'm NOT getting up at 3:45am, LOL.

I'm sure I'll find time to walk the stairs and do some elevator squats.

I'm hoping for a light workload today so that I can work on our grocery list and coupons. It's very tough to eat healthy on a budget, but it is doable. I just need to buckle down and find the best deals.
