I've been on this really annoying plateau for the last 3 days. I haven't even come close to breaking my diet, yet I'm staying at the same weight. Oh well, I just have to keep keeping the diet and eventually the plateau will break. I'm just glad that I'm not gaining weight. If I had to choose between gain and maintain I'd choose maintain any day.

I also have been on a plateau (within a half pound), but for two weeks! But I have been exercising more.

Made this same comment this morning. I was up on the scale and I have not broke the plan. The plateau will break. I just have to keep with it. Not throwing everything I have done away.

3 days is nothing for a plateau! Continue to do what you have been doing and you'll soon see positive progress! And, as you lose, you may find the plateaus come more frequently and last longer -- don't give up, that just means your body is re-adjusting to its new size and its requirements.
