I see you have your own diet. I do as well. No one knows your body and metabolism better than yourself. Way to go!

Welcome, Emily! You can do it. I started at just three pounds less than your current weight and am now just three and a half pounds above your goal weight. I've done it slowly, but I think it's going to be lasting this way. Many here are able to accomplish similar weight loss more quickly than I have. One way or another, it's very achievable and sustainable. Some of my favorite people in the world have your last name. It's great to have a Jay here! Good luck to you!
