Finished day 4 of IF and I'm LOVING it!! I'm not really having any problems holding off until lunch. I am now 30 lbs down from highest weight ever. I started trying to lose last October and have been on and off plan ever since. I think I've been slowly adopting to a low carb life style. After extensive research on the topic, it really does seem the healthiest WOE for humans. Perhaps not as extreme as I take it, given I am an obese pre-diabetic trying lose weight quickly to have a baby. I am totally stoked with this week's progress and hope to keep it up.
