I woke up pretty hungry this morning but it went away after some water. Very pleased with the scale's continued downward trend. IF really seems to work for me. Gives me this feeling of control over food I think I've never felt before. I've never been able to successfully diet. My cravings have always been stronger than me. Or I let them be strong than me. I've always been a passive person, letting things happen to me. Ever dangerous things. But I love this daily exercise of choice. Strange to be 31 and just now finding out that I can control my life.
