Busy days during summer, made me feel miserable. The heat, the rain, the humidity, walking on gravel while letting dogs out, I fizzled out. I stopped working out, tracking, and soothed my soul with food. Well, back on the wagon I go.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2073 kcal Fat: 80.70g | Prot: 108.77g | Carb: 225.71g.   Breakfast: Bistro MD southwestern style smoked chicken omelet. Lunch: Duke's Mayonnaise, Evangeline Maid Thin Sandwich Bread, StarKist Foods Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Can). Dinner: Plugra European Style Salted Butter, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Omaha Steaks Italian Style Meatballs, Garofalo Casarecce Organic Pasta. Snacks/Other: Power Crunch Protein Energy Bar - Cookies & Creme. more...

Welcome back... I know the song so well. What helped me get back on track was posting notes on how I was worth so much more than the foods that will not help me obtain my goals. Hang in there you can do this.
