I hardly ate yesterday, only 500 calories or so and the scale still doesn't move. Will I ever hit 130?

I can understand your frustration. I found that the body cannot lose weight when consuming so few calories. Instead, your body will store the small amount because it does not want to starve. By eating so little, we actually do damage. There is a specific and scientific number of calories we are to eat each day to see our weight drop. It is based on your height, weight, age, and activity level. The reliable source is this website: http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html. Another site is http://www.calorieking.com/interactive-tools/how-many-calories-should-you-eat/?ref=nav. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info. I ate a little more yesterday and went back up 0.2 lbs. I just hang around this weight like a ball and chain...

Beware of eating too little of calories. Your body will go into starvation mode. Pick up those calories for a couple of days. Sometimes you have to trick your body.

I sent you a buddy request. On the right side of screen it should show a buddy request. You just click on it and accept.

To find accept a buddy click on the My Fat Secret tab at the top of the screen, then look for My buddies on the right side of the new page. It should be in the 3rd box of links under the My Community section.
