Had another good weigh-in at TOPS lost 2.4lbs. and was able to open my best lost gift from last weeks weigh-in. Hope I can keep this going.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
