"Stumbled" a bit last night at dinner out -- when the owner of the restaurant sends out complimentary tiramisu, it's hard to say no. Usually he sends out a big piece and we share, which makes it easier to just have a bite, but this time he sent us each a piece! I must admit it was good! Since I've been really good about passing up bread, I had already decided to splurge with a small piece of bread, and dessert was on top of that!! So I'm pleased with only a .2 gain, which shouldn't be too hard to get rid of. Will really watch the food this week since next Saturday is a friend's 80th birthday part and I'm sure the food will not be diet friendly! Seems that every week life throws something in my path, but I will keep plugging away! And after all, 80th birthdays don't happen every day, and deserve to be celebrated!! (On the good side, I have an extra .2 pound to start the next challenge!! lol)
143.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
