My new system seems to be working, not quite sure what it is LOL, other than watching calories and portions and staying away from Fast Food Restaurants like Taco Bell, and Burger King. My calories are starting to stay in range in my cholesteral daily intake is getting in range.

I love your cat. I miss having a cat. I agree the best way to fit Burger King and Taco Bell into your diet, is to stay out of the parking lot!

UPDATE: Did some reading last night on common sense dieting. I am going to try to cut back on bread and pasta carbs. Been doing a good job at staying away from fast food restaurants-Which is a miracle for me.

Cutting back on bread and pasta will definitely help. I hear you on the fast food. A lot of this fat I am losing is courtesy of Mickey D., Colonel Sanders, and that innocent looking child, Wendy!

Actually, I was very successful for a while in college and I was including Taco Bell. I had collected all the nutritional info from all the fast food places in town and Taco Bell was the healthiest, so long as I stayed away from pop. A crunchy taco with pinto's and cheese was my go to meal.
