ok, so i went off course. no exercise fri thru Mon! im mad. but i did good not piggy out! still mad i went 4 days without exercise. between out of town and visiting family and stuff. this morning i turned that energy into 30 min of insanity max which i did first time. boy did i feel out sort lol glad i did it. and rest of my week here i come! ive come too far to quit!
