lol for not feeling like exercising i went and did an hour workout!

awesome! If I make myself go to the gym, I get a good workout in once I get there. Some days it's just hard to get there!

Try not to think of it as exercising, more like getting your body in gear and get moving the first 15 minutes usually gives you enough energy to finish your routine

Yes, like Blkbear said, I've found if I can make it past that 15 minute mark, then I'm good! My energy hits and my workout easily hits 45 minutes - 1hour!
