I am starting my "diet" plan over today, June 24, 2016. I will try a variety of pre-planned, pre-calorie counted items from Jenny Craig, Atkins, Herbalife. I will incorporate a variety of fresh or frozen vegetables and fruits. I did not want to clear all the history since signing on to fatsecret so I am just entering this now.

I had spent the last 10 days out of my house on vacation and where we were, the meals were buffet where we ate mid afternoon and nothing planned for the last meal of the day. When we ate at a restaurant I was able to take at least 1/2 of my meal with me for the next meal that same day so that was better. I was able to eat Atkins bars for each day's breakfast. I still gained 4 pounds over the 10 days.

Today is my new "starting line."
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
