On my way to Baltimore, MD!
Hi everyone! Just want to let you know that this Tuesday, Nov. 4 my family and I will be on our way to Baltimore, MD! My daughter and I belong to a Sweet Adelines chorus that will be competiting in the International Competition of barbershop chorus singing. We will be coming back on Sun. Nov 9.
Needless to say, my eating, exersizing, walking, sleeping habits will be quite different. I will have energy surges, nerve and anxiety surges, and will be way off of my eating times and plans.
I will be aware of what and how much I will eat and plan accordingly. I'm sure I will have no place to keep left overs cold so will also have to plan meals to finish or that won't go bad sitting in the hotel room.
I hope to get my usual step count (around 12,000 - 14,000 Mon. - Fri.) while I'm there. I hope to lose weight and not gain also.
I will post next week when we're back.
