Hurrah! I have broken the 170s and am now in the 160s. So my next goal will be to get out of the 160 ten pound range. I believe this first part will have been the easiest weight loss than any subsequent. In any event, I will continue holding down the calories and see where I can get to. Hurrah!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
