Oops sorry, the Excel formatting didn't translate well. I fixed it to be in lists. No they are not combinations.
I had autoimmune and allergy testing done on about 200 foods, and these are the ones that cause no autoimmune or allergy response. So I can eat them individually, or in combination without inflammation or other reactions (and weight gain - when in moderation)
