No morning constitutional. Normally I don't go for a walk on a weekend morning but Mrs T got called into work and I like to go for a walk after I drop her off. However, this morning it is pouring rain, so I gave it a by. After working she didn't fancy cooking, so we are going to the pub for lunch. Goodbye RDI today then. I was down another pound at my morning weigh in, so yesterday's cake couldn't have been too terrible for me. I probably over estimated the amount I ate, for my log.
