I went ahead and weighed myself 3 days early cause I was just curious. And I decided to record it cause it is a loss. Not a big one but that's ok. Baby steps!
218.6 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
