Ashley Sewards's Journal, 10 April 2016

I am happy to say that I did well yesterday :) I ate blackberries and carrots for a snack and had a grilled chicken sandwich for dinner. That's it. And I wasn't hungry late at night so I didn't eat anything to mess up my journey to weight loss. My calorie intake was low yesterday and for that I am happy. lol. Today is going to be the same way!
