I was bad last night....Right before I went to bed I ate a grilled cheese sandwich and some parmesan noodles...ugh! Why did I do that? I know why..cause I was hungry and that's what I fixed my boyfriend to eat. I know that's not helping me drop this weight at all! Life is hard

It is hard, just don't do it again. Today I post I will not post about a screw up, falling off, weakness, or excuse to shove crap in my mouth, for 20 days. It may be long and maybe should have said 5 days... But I'm going for 20. I am on a mission and can't afford to de rail over and over, I will never see results if I cannot commit. I've put a lot of time and money into my program and cannot afford to indulge in a 20 sec over feed. Try to eat well during the day so u will not have hunger at night. Good luck, focus, breathe and defeat!!
