Still very cold out but ran 6 miles in 45 minutes (so a pace of 7:50). I forgot my gloves and wore a light jacket so my breaks were probably around 10 seconds. I'll see how running goes next week. Hopefully it will be sunny and warm enough to wear shorts and a sweatshirt.
