Boy am I shocked! My last journal entry was July 2015! Wow....did I let time slip by. Unfortunately, I have no idea what my weight is, but my pants and bra are TIGHT! So, the next best thing is to start logging my meals in again...as this method has worked for me in the past. I have to say, I've been loving my low carb / high fat meals. I am now in ketosis! WOO HOO! I won't be able to weigh until later, so onward with the good health.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 March 2016:
