Happy Wednesday to all of you! Well, yesterday I watched my "The Cruise Control Diet" by James Ward, video, which they naturally state is a complete lifestyle change. I ordered the flavored water product, I think it is called Walking Rain, and the sugar substitute product called Stevia. These both you can order on Amazon, and have it delivered to your door. This diet is all about cutting sugar, and all other sugar substitutes from your diet. Stevia is the only substitute allowed except, for cheating, and cheat meals, which are accepted. It is apparent to me that a lot of food around here is going in the trash. lol You all have a great day, and Happy Dieting! PS: I am not going to say I broke 270 pounds, until I'm down even more.

Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: crush the Insulin spike, that kills fat burning by substituting STEVIA for all other sweeteners.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Vickie! I did buy the Stevia drops, and thanks for the variety of flavors. I'll check them out.

Mahjohn, thanks for the info, and I enjoyed reading about LeptiBurn on the dietpillswatchdog.com. The thing I thought was interesting, is their review was for, what I think was their original product. They change their product often, and maybe they changed their ingredients in response. They listed many ingredients, that are not on my bottle. It does seem like because of the cost, that there is little evidence, as to the feedback on the product. I have seen that in a few reviews. I like that site though. Thanks again.

Warren, I'm unfamiliar with the diet you're discussing. I was curious though about the flavored water. I couldn't find anything on Amazon called Walking Rain. I DID find one though called TalkingRain. If this is the one you've ordered all the flavors that I was looking at are sweetened with Sucralose - aka Splenda.

But Vickie, the ones I was talking about have no Sucralose, they are the ones with no artificial flavors supposedly.

Lol Vickie! You have to realize, I'm 65 and my brain is somewhat dysfunctional. Talking Rain is the drink. lol

If you notice the Tangerine water is all natural, has no preservatives, no artificial flavors, and two more I can't remember. lol

Oh Vickie! No calories, no sweeteners, carbonated, and if you read the Amazon reviews it seems the people love this stuff. It is said to have an essence of fruit, whatever that means. lol
