just poppin in this low carb thingy to say hi
236.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL -fluctuations are normal. Look for the down trend. Lack of sleep. water, sodium, all kinds of things. GOOGLE an article titled, "Why the Scale Lies" and see if that will help you feel better :)

no I just mean I didnt enter a new weight lol the site just changed it ha ha ha !! ya my weight fluctuates... I only record when it's down to a new low. otherwise it would be a crazy zig zag

ok, that's weird. Now I have a pic in my head of some evil guy (sorry, but yes, guy) just randomly upping our weight when we aren't looking!

Ha ha ha !!! it's all good now. I was up at 238 but back down this morning... even lost .5 ... so that's cool. not a huge loss.. but somethin.

I'm with you hunter! The ziggin and zaggin makes me dizzy. I post my low weights too!

It's not a linear process, there are flat lines of no loss for a couple of weeks followed by a loss of less than a pound then boom.. 3-4lbs... Just ride it out, your on the right path.

Well I know i will keep losing so I don't see the point in entering a gain unless it's over 3 pounds. anything under and I ignore it. flatline for weeks??? ... that will be difficult. ... but ok I'll get mentally prepared for that. that will probably shake me a bit....
