Gutted I've put some weight on this week, went out for a meal for my Dads birthday and had a couple of drinks also. I'm bummed s I've been working my arse off its only 3lbs but it's not what I needed.. Hope everyone is keeping it up..

It could be water weight. Try some lemon water, maybe that will help flush it out. Keep moving forward though, don't let that one meal get you down!
