Thought I'd make an effort to eat better today. bought an organic rice and vegetable bowl. then as I was reheating the oven .....I made the mistake of opening the fridge. I ate two left over dinner rolls with brie cheese and left over instant mashed potatoes with a good helping of sour cream.........and then a peach with microwaved melted white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
thank goodness tomorrow is a new day.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Those surprise detours can be a booger. Put it in perspective, you had to get that stuff out of the way so you can do better going forward!

We have all been there, and it seems just one of these hits just makes us ravenous , grabbing whatever else is available. I have been trying to figure out y I have done it, and I think for myself I have discovered how to prevent it in the future: The binge -raid tells me I am denying myself something"everyone else" gets to have, so the solution for me is to have treats available for myself that r less of a trigger to keep going. Having some dark choc such as Lindt somewhere that is yummy and for emergencies only: I can eat two pieces, be satisfied and not keep going. As I would have in the frig. So ask yourself if you're feeling deprived and see if this trick will help. K some people would not b able to stop at two pieces, then only buy two pieces and label them emergency and put them somewhere other than the kitchen. You know they r there, but play a head game and see how many times u can control not going for them, but when the urge is absolutely overwheming, then go for it, you will feel more in control then giving in to bingeing in the frig. The best to u because again, I have been there, and the next morning is depressing after working so hard on control. The best to you and figuring what you can do to circumvent the frig raid.
