OK so i know my weakness is social function and DH and I are headed to some friends tonite to grill some rib eyes SO I'm making and taking a salad for my sides and buying my own adult beverages (Michelob ultra).Its still beer but will have the least amount of negative impact and its not the usual Shiner Bock we always drink.I'm at a point where I can afford a few brewski's. My weight is back down the 4 lbs it went up on Tuesday so I'm brushing it off as water weight and I wont whine (I promise) if Monday there are no deficits bc I am making a choice to have a few beers.It feels GOOD to have control over my choices and intake. I'm choosing to have a beer, not slipping up and crying about it later. Dont laugh but I feel like its a break thru and part of my moving to maintenance process. I'm learning to live low carb and still have a life where I can enjoy myself, go out with friends and not eat all the bean dip to myself. On a side note, order some more pre work out supplements. I ordered creatine in the form of CN3 to go with my C4ripped for prework out. I have amazing results with the C4 alone so Im excited to work out once it gets here. I also order some Quest protein chips. They only have 5 net carbs per serving and will go great for lunches. AND I got a body measuring "kit". I will report my reviews once it arrives and I try everything out. I have the GNC membership but believe it or not BB.com is cheaper even with shipping! MEH. it figures..
