Finally dropped from my 290 plateau. Hopefully, this will continue.
288.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1035 kcal Fat: 76.93g | Prot: 61.25g | Carb: 18.82g.   Breakfast: McDonald's Canadian Style Bacon, McDonald's Round Egg, Coffee. Lunch: Johnsonville Original Bratwurst, Aquafina Water (16.9 oz). Dinner: Johnsonville Beer Brat, Ball Park Angus Beef Franks Original, Cooked Yellow String Beans (from Fresh), Roast Beef. Snacks/Other: Celery, Publix Pimento Cheese Spread, Spanish Manzanilla Olives, Crown Prince Baby Clams. more...

My wife fixed some scrambled eggs and sausage this morning. I find breakfast to be the easiest meal to enjoy and still stay very low with the carbs. I am trying to stay well below the 20 daily carbs, and my caloric intake has been around 1500.
