I only had celery at lunch. My wife then asked if I wanted a slice of ham. I said sure and ate it. It tasted sweet and so I asked. Come to discover that slice had 4 grams of carbs. No more of that.

Yesss.. everytime I start trying to take losing weight seriously and change my eating habits, its like everyone in my family becomes so generous with food. Cooking up big meals like its the holidays.
