Pound cake...Pound cake....Pound cake..... I thawed a pound cake...Had a cookout..I am so weak sometime....then a birthday party...more cake...Back on track today...So mad at me, dragging out the stationary bike and weights
205.8 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I LOVE pound Cake! It was at a family get together yesterday, and it smelled so good... I had to leave the room so I wouldn't be tempted! My doctor has made me go gluten free, so I cant have a lot of that stuff anymore. Makes me sad, but I know it's probably for the best.
