Pterath's Journal, 01 September 2015

Quick note this morning. Got up late and have loads to do and Hubby is motivated as he wants the kitchen and game room moved back into. No walk as I have to paint baseboards first thing.

Goals:

- Paint baseboards and touch up other white paint. (done)
- sand and fix a patched area (done)
- prime and paint patched area kitchen green (done)
- wall plates (done by DH)
- touch up game room color (done)
- move furniture into game room (done with help from DH)
- finish arranging kitchen - end of day clear counters!!! (1/2 way)
- walk at end of busy day (time allowing - not sure I will make it my feet hurt)

Additions to original list....
*wash 6 windows inside and out - they fold in TG! WHile DH sat and watched - yeah he heard about that.
*sweep and vacuum - Again DH watched
*cut felt for bottom of chair legs
*assemble kitchen table (took it apart when we moved it upstairs as it would not fit with the legs on)

Wow, do you make lists upon lists? My boss recently had me do a weekly list instead of a daily one because I was getting so stressed trying to do to jobs at the same time. Hope you day is great.

I have a major list and minor lists daily goals are what I HOPE to get done in a days time. I frequently do not make it but I try. I am not stressing these past few days. Helps that DH made time to help me. Kids finally return to school and we now have the game room suitable for living and the kitchen is about half way moved in to. A trip to walmart in the middle of the day did not help.

Kelly, a good little article. I have a Sparkspeople book that I need to finish reading. Hope you had a low stress but productive day. I'm taking a few minutes after work to relax the tension away then will change into exercise clothes and work the rest of it out with a tough workout. Will check in later.
