Feeling great to have lost nearly 4 lbs this week. Ran 5 miles 6 of 7 days, ate lots of fruit and veggies to keep me full and splurged with wine one eve and dinner out another eve . . if this works every week, I may reach my goal faster than anticipated! :)
157.7 lb Lost so far: 17.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
