Well I have to admit that I haven't really been following a diet and I haven't really been exercising that much. My ultimate goal is to get below 200 pounds by the end of the year. Two years ago when i joined FS my goal was to reach 140 pounds. That is still my overall goal but for now I just want to get under 200. I am happy that I have lost 2 pounds over the last month. I know thats not much at all but I could have gained. I am going to start eating healthier and trying to get in as much exercise as I can. I have 4 months to lose 20 pounds. I think i can do this and I am excited about my journey :)
