I've been VERY busy traveling all summer long. I did exercise a lot and kept my weight from fluctuating too much. The numbers here do not reflect the trend. I just haven't kept up with the fat secret weigh ins. I'm alright. I just ran over 5 miles today and did over 33 miles of hiking in the previous week. I'll just keep track of meals, planning, and exercise.
171.3 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
