I know that most people say not to weigh every day, but it seems to work for me. Especially since I'm well below my goal, I've started eating more, and I continue to lose weight. I don't want to weigh less than 120, and my partner doesn't want me to weigh less than 130. I weighed 120.1 this morning. I'm eating a LOT of healthy food, even indulged in quite a bit of dark chocolate yesterday. I do Zumba 5-6 times a week, and Pilates twice. I take one day of total rest.

I'll continue to adjust my eating. We're eating at a new place this afternoon, on the way to a soccer game. I plan on having their house-made veggie burger and a salad. Maybe I should have the hummus plate...

I might even have some fresh kettle corn at the game. I find that eating much refined sugar, after mostly eliminating it from my diet, gives me terrible gas now. Last night's chocolate indulgence blew me up like a beachball, lol! Hmm, I'll be careful with that kettlecorn.

I am enjoying being smaller. I promise, I'll change my profile picture soon! I just applied for a renewal on my passport; I'm better looking, 10 years later, IMHO. ;) My right earring is hanging crooked in my new passport photo; 10 years with a crooked earring, lol!

Okay, I was able to change my profile picture on my computer (after failing many times on my Kindle). Kinda goofy, but that's me!

Wow - 120lb is pretty small and great and concerning all at the same time! Adding in healthy fats may help...I know i mentioned it before but avocado, almonds, coconut oil, etc will add calories and good energy sources.

HCB, I do eat nuts, avocados, coconut oil, natural nut butter's....I even have some coconut almond butter that I love adding to smoothies. My energy bites are made of nuts, nut butter's, unsweetened coconut, oats, and dried fruits. Almond butter, cashew butter, tahini, sunflower butter, pistachio butter, and a small amount of peanut butter's. Ineven add hazelnut meal to smoothies occasionally. I agree that 120 is pretty small, even though I'm only 5'2" now. I want to feel strong, have a sturdiness about me. When I said before that I don't want to go below 120, that was because it freaked me out when I got on the scale and it said 119, 118.... I thank you so much for your concern. It does my heart good. I agree that 120 is pretty small, even if I only
