Feeling lighter today. Also started on a NEAT program today.
NEAT stands for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. It's basically just continuing to include more movement in my day rather than sitting. So, I have it fixed in my mind to spend more time on my feet than on my butt for most of the day, including evenings. This includes household chores, cleaning out and re-organizing closets, and cupboards, the usual shopping, errands and more walks. Nothing crazy, just want to shift away from a sedentary lifestyle. I am proud of myself today for getting up and getting some things done that I had been putting off; mindful to stay in motion (walking, and high stepping in place while doing dishes), standing while peeking at the tv, etc.

Will consider picking up an exercise ball to sit on when I do sit, to strengthen my core.

Oh! I'm too tired to log my dessert tonight, so I will just say that I made a low carb caramel cheesecake type deal and it came out to around 7 carbs for the serving. Yum. This number needs to be tacked on to my daily total. Don't forget!
