I am beat too. Wish I had a beer to drink. Have a headache so just as well. I am just going to go crash and hope I wake with energy and no headache. A stress detox is in order really soon!!!!

I will send you a Busch Light beer. I bought some yesterday against my plan as I needed to calm my patience down for opinionated teens. I was about to loose my cool as a patient gramma. It worked for that, now drinking it as it is here. Sheesh, should not do that but I do. Not drinking it is better. Hope your headache goes away. Drink some calming tea, a better option than my beer. LOL

Up at midnight and headache was in full screaming level but up this morning and much better as in gone. Think it was the fumes of the stripper I was using on the old door I took down yesterday. Because I am not one usually prone to anything but scent and stress for headaches and even those have been few and far between since I changed my WOE.

Oh my goodness. The fumes from stripper can do that! and worse. I have to use it outside and then take lots of breaks. Glad that your headache is better this am. Get some fresh air if you can this am.
